Nine offices, positioned near the courts that hear asbestos cases. We travel to clients who cannot travel to us.
Asbestos cases are filed where the exposure happened or where a defendant can properly be sued, which is often nowhere near where the client lives. A handful of courts hear a disproportionate share of these cases, and being physically present in them matters.
It also matters for you. Local counsel means someone who knows the judge's standing orders, the court's trial calendar, and which defence firms in that jurisdiction settle and which try. And it means that when a client cannot travel, there is a lawyer within a few hours' drive.
You do not need to live near an office to be our client. Roughly half of the people we represent are in states where we have no office at all. Intake, signing and case management can all be handled remotely, and we will come to you when it counts.
We answer the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Addresses and telephone numbers below are placeholders.

Nationwide practice
Asbestos cases are rarely filed where the client lives. They are filed where the exposure happened, or where the defendant can be sued. We keep offices near the courts that hear them — and we travel to clients who cannot travel to us.
There is no charge for a case review and no fee unless we recover money for you. We will tell you honestly whether you have a claim worth bringing.
